Adjusting W&W Bearing Arrow Rest

I just bought a W&W Bearing Arrow Rest, paying quite a lot of money for it compared to other rests. However, after affixing it to my bow, I cannot figure out how to adjust it except by using a pair of pliers. I don't want to accidentally break it. Is there a way to adjust my rest besides using a tool to bend it? It seems to be such a primitive way for something I paid quite some money for. Or is there some manual or instructions?
