I bought a Win and Win Pro Accent Carbon riser a few months ago. It is silver and black and I would like to have it repainted red.
Can these carbon risers be "powder coated"? A paint shop in our area says the riser would have to be heated to 400 degrees F to paint it by powder coating.
If it can be powder coated are there any specific precautions or additional information they need in order to do this?
Alternately, could it be "airbrushed"? If so, what solvent is ok to use to remove the decals? Also, would the appropriate type of "clear sealer/top coat" that should be used if it was airbrushed?
Thanks for the information.
