arrow speed wood (ex-primes) v. foam (ex-power).

I need fast arrow speed at #36 to #38 and was wondering if at those weight ranges if the foam limbs would be faster, and have better sight marks that the wood limbs. My experience, with other limbs, is that is the case. Was thinking about some ex-powers. Thanks.
