Winex limbs

Hello,

in 2009 we bought new Winex Limbs (68"; 30 lbs; Serial No. S/N LCKWE680037). In july 2011 the lower limb is now brocken.The limbs have been shot not so much and therefore it can not be that they just break! What can I do now?
